About Us

The Vulture Network (TVN) is an initiative started by We Foundation India with the vision of creating a united platform for vulture conservation in Assam and beyond. This collaborative effort brings together researchers, conservationists, and organisations committed to protecting these globally threatened birds and their habitats.

The network is supported by dedicated partners such as the Assam Bird Monitoring Network (ABMN), LASA Share and Care Foundation, Surakha Samitee, Bihongo Bondhu, and many other groups who share the mission of safeguarding vultures.

Our website, The Vulture Network, is designed to share and simplify knowledge related to all the vulture species of India. It is free to use, and users are welcome to download awareness and communication materials for conducting outreach activities (though we appreciate being informed via email or message).

We have only one aim: to bring back the vultures. We believe in collective action and invite more grassroots organisations, local communities, and individuals to join us. Together, we can build knowledge, share resources, and create strong conservation strategies to ensure the survival of these ecological custodians.
